Let’s
make a healthy salad recipe which will help to control blood sugar level-
INGREDIENTS:-
1 cup
fresh Fenugreek (Methi)
1
cucumber
1
carrot
1 onion
1
tomato
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
¼ cup
peanuts
¼ teaspoon
salt
½ teaspoon
Chat Masala
Pinch of
red chili powder
1
teaspoon Oil
1/8th
teaspoon Mustard seeds
Pinch of
asafetida (heeng)
Pinch of
turmeric
METHOD:-
1. Chop all veggies (Fenugreek, carrot,
tomato, cucumber and onion)
2. In a bowl add all the chopped ingredients.
3. To this add salt, lemon juice, chat masala,
red chili powder and mix all ingredients.
4. For Tempering- heat oil in a pan
5. Add mustard seeds, asafetida, turmeric
6. Pour this tempering over the salad.
7. Mix it well and serve it.
8. Enjoy it with healthy Ragi Papad.
