·       RAVA IDLI – 12 Idlis – 1 cup Semolina

·       RAJMA – 4 servings – 1 cup Rajma (Red Kidney Beans)

·       DUM ALOO – 4 servings – 17-18 Baby Potatoes

·       DAL MAKHANI – 10 servings – 1 ¼ cup Urad (Whole Black Lentil) – ¼ cup Rajma (Red kidney Beans) – 2 tablespoons Chana Dal (Optional)

·       PANCHMEL DAL  – 3tbsp Towar (Arhar) Dal – 3 tbsp Chana Dal (split Bengal gram) – 3 tbsp Green Moong Dal (split green gram) – 2 tbsp Masoor Dal (Red Lentils) – 1tbsp Urad Dal (split Black Lentils)

·       SAMBHAR – 4 servings – ¾ cup Tovar Dal (Arhar) – ½ cup mixed chopped vegetables.

·       MOONG DAL HALWA – If you want to make 3 cups Halwa – 1 cup Yellow Moong Dal – ½ cup Ghee – ½ cup Sugar

·       GATTE KI SABZI – 4 servings – ¾ cup Bengal Gram Flour for Gatte – 2 cups Dahi for Gravy.

·       ARBI SUBZI – 4 servings – 3 or 3 ½ cup Arbi, chopped.

·       ALOO GOBHI SABZI – 2 servings – 1 cup chopped Potatoes – 1 ½ cups floret Cauliflower
