INGREDIENTS:-
2 cups
fresh Meethi (Fenugreek), chopped
1
tablespoon Oil
½ teaspoon
mustard seeds
½ teaspoon
cumin
2-3
dried Red Chili
1 cup
Onion, finely chopped
8-10
cloves garlic, finely chopped
½ teaspoon
Turmeric
1
tablespoon Peanuts crushed
1
tablespoon Coriander Powder
Salt to
taste.
METHOD:-
1. In a broad pan boil Lentil. Make sure you
don’t cook it too much.
2. It takes around 8-10 minutes, to get Lentil
cooked.
3. Meanwhile, In another pan heat oil.
4. Add mustard seeds, cumin, whole red chilies
and chopped onions.
5. Saute’ it till onions get little soft, now
add chopped garlic and mix it well.
6. Once onion becomes golden brown add turmeric
and chopped Fenugreek.
7. Add
Coriander powder and salt, mix it well
and cover it with lid for about 7-8 minutes.
8. Now after 7-8 minutes remove the lid, add
in crushed peanuts , give it a nice mix.
9. And sabji is ready to serve.

it with nice soft Makai Roti !
