INSTANT MILK PEDHA


Diwali is here and all the ladies must be busy making snacks and sweets for the festival.
So, here is one more specialty which you can definitely try this Diwali. Very easy, quick to make and also very less ingredients are used to make it.
To make Instant Milk Pedha we need-

Milk and Saffron
INGREDIENTS:-
½ litre Milk
5 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
10-12 Saffron Strands
¼ cup Corn flour
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg Powder

PROCESS:-
1.  In a sauce pan add sugar and milk.
2.  Boil it till it reduces to 3/4th.
3.  Now add Corn flour and  keep stirring continuously.
4.  Now add Lemon Juice and keep mixing.
5.  Now reduce the milk till it gets semi solid.
6.  Once the milk mixture becomes semi solid, remove it from flame.
7.  Allow it to cool and make small pedha’s.
8.  Garnish it with Pistachio or flaked almonds or keep it as it is.
