PERFECT PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE

No need to buy pizza! Try this perfect, easy and quick recipe. In this recipe we are using Instant Dry Yeast along with All-Purpose Flour (Maida), you can even make it using Wheat Flour.
Go through this recipe, try it- it would be a perfect treat for everyone.

INGREDIENTS:-
2 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida) [you can even use wheat flour- take 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 cup wheat flour and 2 Tablespoon Semolina (Sooji)]
1 ½ teaspoon dry yeast [always buy a good brand]
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Salt (use less during summer)
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ cup Luke warm water

METHOD:-
1.  To activate yeast in ½ cup Luke warm water add sugar and dry yeast and stir it.
2.  Once yeast gets dissolved properly cover it and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
3.  In a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, Oil and activated yeast.
4.  Mix everything well and with the help of warm water knead the dough.
[always use warm water to knead pizza dough as it helps to ferment fast]
5.  Knead it properly for about 5-6 minutes.
6.  Now apply little oil over the dough.
7.  In a greased tin, place the dough, cover it and keep it aside for around 45 minutes.
8.  After 45 minutes take out the dough knead it again.
9.  Now to make base- take little dough and flatten it. You can keep the thickness according to your requirement.
10.   Prick the base with the help of a fork or knife.
11.   And Bake it at 200 degree Celsius for 5-6 minutes.
[ place the baking try in lower rack of oven]
Thus how we get ready made pizza base you can store it for 3-4 days.

If you want to eat instantly-
After 10th step-
12.   Add Pizza Sauce, toppings and cheese over it and bake it in preheated oven for 7-8 minutes.
After 7-8 minutes Pizza is ready to serve.
