Singhara Paratha

Ingredients-

1 cup Rajgira Flour
¼ cup Singhara Flour
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 tablespoon curd
2-3 tablespoon Ghee
¼ cup chopped coriander
½ teaspoon salt
To make it more rich and tasty you can add-
¼ cup grated paneer(optional)
2 tablespoon crushed peanuts(optional)

Process-

1. Mix both the flours, add red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, coriander and curd. (add optional ingredients if you wish)
2. Mix everything well and knead with the help of water.
3. You will need very little water.
4. Now once dough is done allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes.
5. Make small balls and roll it like paratha’s.
6. Heat tawa, add paratha and roast it from both sides.
7. Add little ghee to keep it soft.
8. Paratha’s are ready! Serve it with paneer bhurji(recipe is in the blog) or even with Chutney.

Suggestion- 
to make it more tasty and rich add paneer and peanuts. And to make it light and healthy keep it simple.
