Falahari Kadhi

Ingredients-                                                 serves:2
2 Cups Curd
1 cup water
¼ cup roasted peanuts
2 green chilies
¼ cup coriander
1/2 inch ginger
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon ghee
Little more coriander for garnishing.

Process-
1.  In a blender add curd, peanuts, chili, cumin, salt, sugar, coriander and ginger.
2.  Blend everything into a smooth paste.
3.  Heat ghee in a kadhayi, add the paste and water.
4.  Stir it continuously and keep the flame high.
5.  Boil the kadhi for about 10 minutes.
6.  Garnish it with some more coriander.
7.  And the Falahari Kadhi is ready to serve.

You can have it with vrat special paratha’s.(you can get the recipe in next blog).
Healthy, low-calorie, quick, easy and yet a tasty dish.
