Paneer Bhurji (Vrat Special)

Ingredients-

1 cup Cottage cheese (Paneer), crumbled
1 tablespoon finely chopped green chilies
1 tablespoon cumin
¼ cup grated coconut
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
¼ cup crushed peanuts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon cumin powder
¼ cup chopped coriander
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon ghee

Process-
1.  Heat ghee in a pan.
2.  Add cumin, allow it to crackle.
3.  Add crushed chilies and crumbled Paneer, sauté for 4-5 minutes.
4.  Now add salt, lemon juice and cumin powder, give it a nice mix.
5.  Time to add pomegranate seeds, coconut and peanuts. Mix it well.
6.  Sauté for another 4-5 minutes and remove it from flame.
7.  Bhurji is ready to serve! Garnish it with coriander.

A very quick and easy recipe.
