Potato Sabji

Ingredients-
4-5 potatoes, boiled & diced
2-3 green chilies
2 tablespoon cumin
2-3 cloves
2-3 black pepper
½ cup crushed peanuts
1 tablespoon ghee/ groundnut oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Process-
1.  Heat  ghee/oil in a pan.
2.  Add cumin, clove,black pepper and green chili
3.  Now add salt crushed peanuts and fry it for 2-3 minutes.
4. Time to add diced boil potatoes,
5. Mix it well, add lemon juice and cover it with lid for 5 minutes.
6. Potato sabzi is ready to serve.
7. Garnish it with coriander.
