Fruit Raita

Ingredients-
2 cups fresh curd
1 cup skimmed milk
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1 apple finely chopped
½ cup pomegranate seeds
1 cucumber grated
1 banana mashed
1 tablespoon sugar
1 green chili

Process-
1. In a bowl whisk curd, milk, salt sugar and cumin powder.
2. Add apple, pomegranate, cucumber and mix it well.
3. Add mashed banana just before serving.
4. Mix everything well and serve it chilled.

Perfect to keep your body hydrated during fast.

Tip-
·      Squeeze excess water of cucumber before adding it in curd. (squeeze very little not too much)
·      Refrigerate the curd mix prepared in step1. And add all fruits at last. Just before serving.
