GREEN CHUTNEY
Ingredients-
1 cup
coriander wash and chopped
2 green
chilies
½ inch
ginger piece
¼ cup
coconut
¼ roasted
peanuts
2
tablespoon curd
1 table
roasted cumin
½ teaspoon
salt
Process-
1.Blend
everything together in a mixer pot. Make a smooth paste.
2.Add little water if required.
3. take
it out in an air tight container and refrigerate.
You can
store it for almost a week.
DAHI CHUTNEY-
Ingredients-
1 cup
curd
½ cup
roasted peanuts
2
tablespoon cumin
2 green
chilies
½ inch
ginger piece
½ teaspoon
salt
¼ teaspoon
sugar
Process-
1. Blend everything into a smooth paste.
2. Add very little water, say about a
tablespoon or two.
3. Take it out in an air tight jar. I prefer
using a glass jar (small barni).
4. You can preserve it for 3-4 days in
refrigerator.
Both chutney’s
are perfect to accompany with paratha or sabudana khichadi, paneer bombs or
even with sabudana chat.
