Ingredients serves:

1 cup Sabudana soaked
2 Tablespoon Ghee
1 Tablespoon Cumin
2 Green chilies chopped
1 Potato, boiled
¼ Cup roasted peanuts
2 Teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste (use sendha namak)
¼ cup Yoghurt
1 Tablespoon Green chutney
2 Tablespoon Pomegranate seeds
2 Tablespoon Falahari namkeen
Coriander for garnishing (optional)
Process:
1.
Heat
ghee in a pan.
2.
Add cumin
allow it to crackle, now add green chili.
3.
Dice the
boiled potatoes and add it in pan.
4.
Fry for
3-4 minutes.
5.
Now
add soaked Sabudana, peanuts, salt and sugar.
6.
Give it
a nice mix and cover it lid for about 5-7 minutes on low flame.
7.
Remove
the lid, take out Sabudana in a plate.
8.
On
another side mix Yoghurt, Green Chutney, Pomegranate seeds and coriander.
9.
Spread
the above mixture over Sabudana.
10.
At
last top it with some falahari namkeen and coriander leaves.
