This chapatti recipe is for those who are not at all fond of spinach. This includes me. Also, this is the best way to make kids eat spinach. Also for those who are looking for vegan/vegetarian food rich in Vit B12 and folate, this recipe is perfect for your taste buds and health too.
A tip- try to use baby spinach leaves, it gives a lovely colour. These chapatis are packed with Iron. I recommend you all include it in your daily meal. All you need is

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup baby spinach
¼ tsp Salt
¼ cup water or as required
1 tsp oil
¼ cup wheat flour for rolling

METHOD:
1.    Wash the spinach properly, and blanch the spinach.
2.    Make sure you do not overcook it. boil it for 3-4 minutes and strain it.
3.    Now blend spinach into a fine puree.
4.    For dough- in a bowl add wheat flour, salt and spinach puree. Mix everything well.
5.    Add little water as required and start kneading the dough.
6.    Make a soft dough. Now once the dough is well-kneaded cover it and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.
7.    After 15 minutes knead the dough for a minute, apply oil and make small dough balls.
8.    Meanwhile, heat a tawa or a pan.
9.    Roll the dough balls into a thin disc.
10.                      Now place the rolled chapati on hot tawa.
11.                      Cook it till the underside is slightly brown or you see bubbles on the surface. It hardly takes 30 secs.
12.                      Flip it and again cook for 20 seconds and then cook it on the gas flame. (TO know how to cook chapatti on an induction hob view the video recipe given above)
13.                      Remove the chapati, similarly make all the chapatis, apply ghee and serve it hot or either keep it in a hot pot.
Tip- instead of spinach you can use kale.
