FRUITY PORRIDGE

Fruity Porridge

When in hurry make this breakfast. It is healthy and time saving. Also it is a simple, tasty and perfect porridge to jazz up your healthy day. Time to give a new light to the bland, boring bowl of oatmeal.

Servings: 1 Bowl

INGREDIENTS:-

½ cup Oats (Porridge oats)
1½ cups Milk or water
1 Banana chopped
2-3 Strawberries chopped (You can take any other fruit)
1 tablespoon Honey
2-3 soaked Almonds (optional)

METHOD:-


1.    In a bowl add oats and milk/water. Microwave it for 3-4 minutes or until oats are cooked properly. It will not take more than 5 minutes.


2.    Now add chopped fruits, honey and soaked almonds and give it a mix.

3.    Healthy Fruity Porridge is ready to serve.

4.    You can even add some cake pieces just to enhance the taste also you can add little yoghurt if making porridge using water. (the options for toppings are endless!)
